Worked directly with firm to provide a customizable secure web portal to host live and on-demand events for its high profile customers such as Wrigley, Nextel International, and Cadence Systems. This web portal includes the ability for self-registration and password recovery, several real-time communication options, stream fail over, and detailed tracking and reporting.

Worked with management and development teams to build a new web application platform to host firm’s top earning website and call center. Top objectives for this project were: high availability, evidence based controlled migration to new platform, A/B testing, SEO optimization, third-party package integration, advanced tracking and reporting, and feature sharing with other websites.

Worked with management to build a new development team and lead processing system to support existing and future operations. This new processing system handled over a million applications per day and could handle up to five million without further optimization. Top objectives for this project were: compressed delivery schedule (existing operations were migrated in 3 months), high availability, variable processing models/algorithms, and adaptability to future business lines.

Worked with the management and quantitative staff to develop a Client/Server application to analyze, model, back test, and administer multi-factor based portfolios. This application handled the logistics of applying massive amounts of return data to libraries developed by the quantitative staff. This application managed the calculation, back testing, modeling, and reporting processes for the life cycle of the portfolios. This application was the primary analysis tool for the test portfolio which was funded with ten million dollars.

Worked on an extremely compressed schedule with client and the development staff of their external partners to design an application that reconciles trades from both partners for review and approval by internal staff. Internal staff used this Client/Server application to review and communicate the approved information to the external partner via secure Ftp (sFtp).

Developed a professional website with a large amount of content for their public visitors. Also developed a private, secured events calendar, current events area, and complete content management system that included maintenance and messaging features to maintain users, permissions, calendar events and current events.

Worked with internal development staff to prototype, architect and develop new custom framework to support all internal development. The portfolio management client supported user viewing of all historical changes and integrated seamlessly with the existing legacy application. The reporting client is designed to deliver new Crystal Reports without changing the client.

Created a new application to coexist with the current custom software, including creation, maintenance, and delivery of the new information to the CRM application.
